The drill pipe is a drilling tool that is connected to the lock joint, transmits the rig torque to the bottom bit, and is responsible for the transfer of drilling fluid. The rod body material is made of Shanghai Baosteel STM-R780 (42MnMo7), which is not easy to fatigue bend or break, and the performance is stable and reliable. The rod end is heated by medium frequency, the hydraulic upsetting is thickened, and the buried tempering is carried out for 12 hours to ensure the density of the drill pipe and improve the mechanical properties. All adopt precision imported CNC lathe, custom forming for thread processing, precision and ensure the tightness of the connection with the lock joint.

We can produce drill pipe of different materials, lengths, diameters and wall thicknesses. We can also customize drill pipe according to customer's requirements of material, length, wall thickness and thread.
