地质钻杆/细扣钻杆是与锁接头连接,传递钻机扭矩给井底钻头,并负责传输钻井液的钻探工具。杆体材料选用上海宝钢STM-R780(42MnMo7)不易疲劳弯曲或折断,性能稳定可靠。端经过中频加热、液压镦粗加厚,进行12小时掩埋式回火保证钻杆的致密性,提高机械性能。全部采用精密的进口数控车床,定制成型刀进行螺纹加工,精密又保证了与锁接头连接的紧密度。

我们既可以生产不同材料、长度、直径壁厚的钻杆,也可以根据客户要求的材料、长度、壁厚螺纹定制钻杆。
